Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an inquiry through SkyTech’s contact form (“you,” “your”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions, as well as SkyTech’s Privacy Policy.

2. Use of Information

  • You grant us permission to collect and store any information you provide. We may use it to respond to your request, improve services, and, if you opt in, send marketing communications.

  • We will not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

3. Consent to Contact

By providing your email or phone number, you consent to be contacted by SkyTech for inquiries via email, phone, or SMS. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us or via opt-out links.
Use of such data is based on your explicit consent when submitting the form (termsfeed.com).

4. Data Security & Privacy

We handle all contact form data in accordance with Canadian privacy laws (PIPEDA) and our Privacy Policy .

5. Accuracy of Information

You represent that the information you submit is accurate and truthful. You agree not to use the form to send spam, malicious content, or defamatory messages.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

  • Submit any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or infringing content;

  • Use automated scripts or bots on the form;

  • Attempt to impersonate others or mislead.

7. No Guarantee

Submission does not guarantee a response. You acknowledge that SkyTech may act (or choose not to) respond to any query in its sole discretion.

8. Intellectual Property

All messages and attachments you submit must either be owned by you or licensed for your use. You grant SkyTech a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use and reproduce submissions for internal purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, SkyTech shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the contact form or reliance on our response.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and applicable federal laws of Canada.

11. Changes to Terms

SkyTech may update these Terms at any time. We’ll post the revised Terms here with the new “Effective Date.” Continued use of the contact form implies acceptance.
