DJI Drone Products – No Return Policy 

  1. Overview

All DJI drone systems, payloads, accessories, and related enterprise equipment sold by MOSTAVIO-SKYTECH are classified as final sale items. Due to the technical nature, calibration requirements, regulatory considerations, and manufacturer policies associated with professional drone equipment, all purchases are non-returnable and non-refundable once the order has been processed. 

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below. 

 

  1. Final Sale Policy

The following products are strictly non-returnable: 

  • DJI drone aircraft (including Matrice, Mavic Enterprise, and Dock-integrated systems) 
  • DJI payloads (thermal, zoom, LiDAR, mapping sensors) 
  • DJI Dock systems 
  • Intelligent flight batteries and charging systems 
  • Firmware-activated or software-enabled products 
  • Special-order or custom-configured equipment 

No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted for: 

  • Change of mind 
  • Incorrect product selection 
  • Compatibility misunderstandings 
  • Pricing changes after purchase 
  • Operational dissatisfaction 

 

  1. Order Verification Responsibility

Customers are responsible for: 

  • Verifying product compatibility before purchase 
  • Confirming regulatory requirements (Transport Canada compliance, licensing, etc.) 
  • Ensuring suitability for intended operational use 
  • Reviewing product specifications prior to checkout 

MOSTAVIO-SKYTECH is available to provide pre-sale consultation; however, final purchasing decisions remain the responsibility of the customer. 

 

  1. Manufacturer Warranty

All DJI products are covered under DJI’s manufacturer warranty, subject to DJI’s terms and service policies. 

In the event of: 

  • Manufacturing defects 
  • Hardware malfunction 
  • Warranty-related issues 

Customers must initiate claims directly through DJI Support or authorized DJI repair centers. MOSTAVIO-SKYTECH may assist in facilitating communication but is not responsible for warranty approval or repair timelines. 

 

  1. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If a product arrives: 

  • Physically damaged in transit 
  • Incorrect due to fulfillment error 

You must notify MOSTAVIO-SKYTECH within 48 hours of delivery with: 

  • Order number 
  • Photographic evidence 
  • Description of the issue 

Failure to report within this timeframe may void eligibility for investigation or replacement. 

 

  1. Special Orders & Deposits

Custom orders, enterprise bundles, and special procurement items require a deposit and are non-cancellable once confirmed with the supplier. Deposits are strictly non-refundable. 

 

  1. Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers must inspect all equipment immediately upon receipt. Activation, firmware updates, or use of the equipment constitutes acceptance of the product in its delivered condition. 

 

  1. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and applicable Canadian consumer protection legislation.
